FACTORY AREA
Total area of 5000 sq metre consisting of moulding area casting yard, stock yard, QC area, office storage and subframe fabrication yard.

PRODUCTION CAPABILITY
Combination of GRC and Steel Frames Fabrication, about 10 tons per day or 300m2 GRC area or 5.0m3 Volume of GRC mix.

PRODUCTION METHOD
Mainly mechanised spray and premix process.

MACHINERY / EQUIPMENT
Complete GRC casting equipments and machinery such as slurry cement mixers, GRC spray machines, mono-hoist (2 tons), forklifts, air-compressors, welding machines, 5 tons overhead cranes and vibrating equipment.

Q. C. TESTING EQUIPMENT
Sieve testers, slump ring testers, sieve buckets, weighing scales and measuring cylinders are used for Quality Control purposes.

EMPLOYEES
40 employees consisting of Managerial, Technical (Design Engineers, Projects Coordinators, Quantity Surveyor, Production Supervisors, Draughtsmen, Site Supervisors) and supporting staff including clerical, skilled workers, moulders and general workers.
